The Board of Directors is the legislative body of the foundation. It establishes the rules, regulations, budgets, projects, general administration mechanisms of the Soroptimist Village housing complex. The Board is comprised of two representatives of each of the following supporting Soroptimist International branches, legacy of the original founding Soroptimist organizations:

The Board meetings are held on the premises, in the Barbara Riley Social Hall of Soroptimist Village.
